Buyer Beware, damaged item recieved, no reponse from Rebel

I received a damaged product, a glass tube with chips/scratches/gouges and a small crack. I emailed Rebel several times with no response back. At first I was going to initiate a charge back, but even though they sent a damaged product, it is still usable. I didn't think it would be fair to receive a full refund, so I'll just chalk it up to a lesson learned. Go ahead and order from Rebel, they seem to have nice products, but they're customer service is non-existent and if you receive a damaged product, you will have no recourse other than to deal with your card holder.

Review of straight bong

Absolutely amazing straight bong. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a straight bong as well as Rebel Initiate glass works as a whole. Very Quality Glass . Cheers to the maple leaf.
